Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

General Requirements for All Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be eligible for return according to the exclusions listed below.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Clothing and shoes are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for an exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card.

  • Exchanges are completed by first issuing store credit, which can then be used toward a replacement item.

  • After 14 days, refunds are no longer available. Eligible returns will receive store credit only.

  • After 30 days, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit.

In-Store Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit within 30 days of the gift receipt date, provided the item is eligible for return and meets all return requirements.

Online Returns

  • Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Please email hello@mybabyshoppe.ca before sending your return.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit:

  • All sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Any purchases made using a gift card

  • Silicone items

  • Bath products

  • Teethers

  • Pacifier clips

  • Rattles

  • Dinnerware

  • Brushes

  • Strollers

  • Car seats and booster seats

  • Shipping charges and shipping fees

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

  • Any purchase made using a gift card is final sale and is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
