Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

 

General Requirements for All Returns & Exchanges:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Tags must still be attached to the item.

  • Product must be eligible for return.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges:

  • Full Return: You have 14 days from the purchase date to return items for a full refund.

  • Store Credit: You have 30 days from the purchase date to receive store credit in the form of a gift card. Exchanges are done by giving store credit (gift card) first than shopping for a replacement item(s). 

  • After 14 Days: If more than 14 days have passed, only store credit will be offered.

  • After 30 Days: We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds beyond 30 days.

In-Store Gift Returns:

If you received a gift and need to return it, you have 30 days from the date of the gift receipt to exchange the item or receive store credit in the form of a gift card. Items must be eligible for return. 

Online Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

  • Please email us at hello@mybabyshoppe.ca to notify us of your return before shipping it back.

  • You are responsible for any shipping charges or fees associated with returning the item.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if there are any issues.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and approve the return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your payment method.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale Items: All sale items, gift cards, silicone items, bath products, teethers, dinnerware, pacifier clips, strollers, car seats, and brushes are final sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store-credit.

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Sale Items:

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
